PCQuilt (1986-2012) software for quiltmakers has retired. The program only works on older versions of Windows (95, 98, ME, NT, XP, 2000…) including Windows Vista and we do not foresee updating it. We do not have an update for Windows 7 or 8.
We still make the occasional quilt and still love the fabric, cutting out triangles and looking at and reading about quilts. Here is a fun blog that can take you places: http://barbarabrackman.blogspot.com/
Would like to buy, if I can a version of your pc quilt. I have older versions of windows, I am pretty sure I can use them in one older computer I have. How much would it cost me?
Thank you,
Dolly Bonsall Thomason
Is PC quilt still available for purchase ? I have XP and a Vista computer.
Thank you,
Carole-I am sorry we are no longer set up to deliver PCQuilt. Thank you for your interest.
Happy Holidays.
Nina
Dolly- We are no longer able to deliver PCQuilt via the internet. I can look into whether we have hard copies after the first of the year.
Nina
I also have an older computer I may be able to use this software on. I would like to know if you have a hard copy, and how much it cost.
Jolene- I no longer have hard copies to send out.
Sorry.
Hi Nina,
I have the old PCquilt and am running it on Windows 8.1. Initially I had lots of error messages and it wouldn’t run in any compatability mode. However on searching the internet found a website with an automated correction of missing .OCX files and it now runs perfectly,(to date)! Address is below and may be of help to others.
